Skinny like a Candy Cain Program

You can see yourself in a food coma week after week. You see your office filled with cookies, candy, and various other baked goods. You can envision what 3pm will be like everyday until the New Year.

Absolute Pilates and Wellness Center has your answer Skinny like a Candy Cain. It is said that the average person puts on 1 to 1.5lb a week during the holiday season. The traditional holiday season stretches from 5 to 7 weeks depending on how much fun you have.  You are wondering how to stop this before you start putting on your holiday stuffing.

Many of you remember this program from last year. We will be doing it again but slightly different this time around. The program will start with the 2011 Pre Holiday Detox begins with a gentle, food-based detox designed to go easy on your body in more ways than one. This is not a fasting diet; you’ll be eating frequently and can always snack on whole foods like nuts and fresh fruit. But you will also cut out a lot of the junk that you may be used to eating, easing up on your digestion in the process.  By removing common allergens, you boost nutritional intake and support your digestion.

Then we will move in to the 10 week program updated from last year. The program will run the length of January to help you stay on track with your health and wellness goals in the New Year. There will be more videos this year and plenty of new great recipes to keep you going durring the hustle and busel of the holiday season.
